We offer 2 levels of Inspection Tour, standard and VIP. A deposit is required in both cases to pay towards flight costs. All monies will be refunded at the stage of purchasing a property.

 

 

STANDARD INSPECTION TOUR

 

This is the basic inspection trip that we offer and can arrange for you. It involves an tour of between 4 - 7 days depending on your requirements and availability. It entails:

 

• Free Airport transfers from and to the Turkish airport by our English speaking representative.
• Air Conditioned vehicle during the tour.
• Our English speaking representative will guide you throughout.
• Taken to visit properties that may be of interest and surrounding areas of interest.
• Usually from 4 to 7 days duration.
• Accommodation included; bed & breakfast basis.
• You will be required to book your own flights. (We can help with this to find you the best price)

 

£99 DEPOSIT per person (fully refundable on purchase. maximum of 2 persons)

 

VIP INSPECTION TOUR

 

This service is especially recommended for both those buyers and investors who require the benefits the service provides.

 

• Free Airport transfers from and to the Turkish airport by our English speaking representative.
• Air Conditioned vehicle during the tour.
• Met at the airport by our English speaking Turkish director to guide you during the tour.
• Taken to visit properties that may be of interest and surrounding areas of interest.
• Usually from 4 to 7 days duration.
• Minimum 4 star accommodation inc. breakfast.
• Flights are included in the price.

 

£350 DEPOSIT per person (fully refundable on purchase, maximum of 2 persons)
